I-485 - Step 3 of 4 completed - Interview Waived? 🤔
Today I looked to my case online, this one says 3 steps are complete where 1. Case Received (completed) 2. Attend biometrics appointment (if necessary-completed ) 3. Attend interview (if necessary-completed) 4. Case decision (current step) Does this mean our interview has been waived? I-765 got approved a couple of days ago for a period of 5 years I-130 only says “Case has been received” I-131 not yet processed, payment hasn’t been cashed either Both pending cases said an estimated of 19 months #H1B to #GreenCard via #marriage #interview

For what I’ve read if your case it not at the field office they can still request an interview after they transfer your case! But good luck🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️❤️

@Juana Silvente is right. interview isn’t waived till you get approved. they can always schedule one. don’t believe the site.

Gotcha! I don’t see a notification of the case being transferred so I keep the wait and alert of updates

Same happen to me my case was waived an it was at the field office an I still got an interview next month
