@Abdulla Obaid so the USCIS has case status. At there we can track so actively review is also one of the case status that some officers are looking at your case.

@Rita Bhandari, could you please post your interview date here when you have it? I’ve been waiting for almost 4 months now, and I haven’t received any updates yet.

@Lava Khatri hello, This I 130 is for my mom and she is already here in USA with me. Those who are already in USA does not need interview they can directly apply for green card. 😊

hi @Rita Bhandari congratulations I have applied for my mother from Newyork.She is here with from India on b1/b2 PD:3rd July,2024 Received EAD in August,2024 Advanced Paroled received in December,2024 The lawyer had informed us it takes 8 to 10months for Green card But from your experience it’s much longer wait please update when your i485 comes through

Hello @a m. We are from Nepal. I applied my mom I 130 on September 29, 2023 from Vermont. Then I applied her i485 on July 6th 2024. maybe this is the reason her i485 is still not approved. I will keep you updated if she got something. Also I have see a lot of 2024 cases has been approved with in 6 months so you never know what will happen.
