Hey guys on Thursday I have interview .. and I was informed today by my lawyer's office .. they forgot to tell me earlier .. which is crazy but now i can't focus on why they didn't told me earlier because I have little time left. I don't have anything to hide but still little bit anxious of course .. I'm waiting very long time 2 years married and 5 years since vawa application in total 7 years of waiting I wanted to ask if some of you have been recently on interview and any advice if you could give me it would be appreciated .. thank you

Thank you lord 🙏 Finally got a i130 approval after 6 years of filling and 4 years after interview. RFE sent for i485 all fingers crossed for a positive outcome of i485. The wait is almost over 🙏🙏

got a “we have taken action on your case” message twice. one yesterday but nothing reflected in my uscis accoutn. got the 2nd one this afternoon but with and interview date. I know everyone’s experience is different but still, what should we expect at this interview. also, my husband is a disabled vet and doesn’t believe in babysitters so he takes care of our 8 months old daily so how do we go about our interview if we don’t have a babysitter?? will that be an issue if we take him with us? any info would help

I have an approved I-140, with August 2023 priority date, EB3 skilled (nurses) ROW. My F1 I-120 will expire at the end of this year. If I need to renew it, can I use my personal bank statement from the income I made with CPT to apply for a new i-120? Also, when do you think my priority date will be current? Thanks
