case denied!
my case was denied shortly after they sent my letter for an interview date, I could not attend to the interview because my letter came after the supposed interview date., I called and was told it would be rescheduled! I got an email two days ago from USCIS and I was told my case would be replied in 10 working case concerning the interview! today i received a denial! what can I do? am worried. anyone in this situation ?

but the interview date is always at least one month after the notice date. did you status not change at all?

@Johnson Control @Johnson Control it ddint! no email was sent either! I just went to check my mail and saw the letter! usps stamp says it was received 15th, the date for the interview is 16th and I received the mail 17th!!!

@Ahmed Ah I called and explained all! the lady I spoke to apologized and said it would be rescheduled! I received an email 2 days ago about them rescheduling it !

@soon approval 🙏🏿🙏🏿 are you NIW or normal EB2 , do you have dependents , did it stay in National benefit center this whole time and they never transferred you to Field office ? I am trying to figure out why did you get an interview. Also , don’t you follow your case status regularly to know if there is an interview without mail necessary ?
