About 2 months ago, I made a post on how the new President will make things harder even for the people trying to do it legally but half the comments on the post were like ‘No, I don’t think so. People here legally have nothing to worry about ’. I bet your views have changed now. They are doing everything they can to make it harder for legal immigrants too. Also, who is considering traveling out of the US year? I am thinking of traveling too with my advance parole because my lawyer says ‘Do not worry. We have everything in control’. I am not sure if I should listen to my lawyer.

hi folks, i received an RFE for my petition through lawfully, but i haven't received the RFE letter so far and i don't know what it is all about. My question is how many days it take from having the RFE online and then to actually receive it in the mail? Also, if someone is been through the process, how much time normally it takes further for decision after submitting the RFE? Thanks a lot in advance!

hello everyone, my Son’s case became Documentarily Qualified, in NVC on December 02 of 2024 priority date is may 25 of 2023 you guys know how long is gonna take for interview in Guatemala embassy after becoming documentarily qualified. #appoiment #greencard

i-130 approved but i-485 RFE?

My 130 just got approved but 485 got its second RFE. It was just an easy one I was able to submit it the day I received. But has anyone seen this case? Do 130 usually get approved first?

i have done my interview 4 months ago, the officer said my application is approvable but haven’t heard since then. i tried congressman, uscis agent, and info pass, nothing has worked. anything i can do to get insights on the hold up?
