Case status: Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It.
Hi all,
I got the this update today "Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It" for my I-485 EB interview notice.
Thing is my interview notice was delivered to my lawyer and not my mail address.
In the USPS online portal, I reported the "mail" not being delivered to USPS and USPS reported it to USCIS.
However, I do have the copy of interview notice from my lawyer though. So, I do not see it as a concern.
Can we get USCIS system updated with this information?
I have an interview in 2 days and ready to appear for interview with all documents.
I do not want my interview and case status to be affected by this stupid/silly mistake

USCIS Online Account Updates
What I’ve learned after waiting for 4 years and still actively waiting is whatever happens on the online account means nothing and it’s stupid to ask questions about it. I see people here posting questions about changes on “My Progress” tab or changes on when their RFE was received status changes. All of this means NOTHING at all.
In no way, shape or form, any changes happening on the online account are going to remotely determine when you will get your case decision.
The only thing that matters is when you see that approval notice under your Documents tab.
So to everyone waiting, just wait and don’t increase your heart rate or blood pressure or stress by any changes that happen on your online account.

Please I want to understand what is going on,I submitted my response to RFE last year August and USCIS received it on September 4th 2024 since then nothing has changed on my account.
Today I checked my account only to see that the time for the RFE response changed from September 4th to January 14TH 2025 at 9:14 a.m,please what can this mean? I am so stressed about this journey.
