I601 Waiver
Good Morning Everyone
I’m just trying to get some light on this dark times.
I submitted a I601 Waiver request for my wife about 5 days ago.
I petition for the request to be expedited due to my wife having cancer , My wife is in El salvador currently and she’s been going to the doctor to get checked up but just to get a scan its like months away.
We attached a letter from a Doctor stating that.
Im just afraid that it gets denied.
Does anyone know how long does it take for them to respond . ?

Have faith everything will be fine. You’ll be getting a response very soon. I’ve seen other posts where people get a response within weeks.
