AP-131 expedite request
hi All , through congressman I have expedite my request I have received below response from his office
“Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible”
does this mean expedite request approved if yes how many days it will take ?

Mi esposa tuvo su entrevista en San Salvador , El 3 de diciembre. En su entrevista el agente de imigracion, No le dio la greencard , Solo le dio un papel que pide que mande su Movimiento migratorio. Y era todo lo que pidieron.
Nosotros mandamos esos documento el 16 de diciembre.
Ya va para un mes y aun no recivimos respuestas de ellos.
Alguien que me pueda ayudar sobre esto.
me siento muy estresado ya que mi esposa esta enferma.

I-130 approved last night! E-mail came at 7:52 p.m. I'm US citizen who filed for my husband. PD 9/20/2023 initially in Nebraska SC but transferred to California SC and approval came from California SC 1/13/ 2025 there date shows (1/14/2025)! THANK GOD!🎉🙏

We had a lawyer for our process so I'm going to call him today.
Does anyone have any idea about next steps? My husband had illegal entry as a minor from Mexico and they sent his case to Department of state/NVC according to the approval letter.
Would he need to go to Juarez for re-entry?
Would I need to be present for that?
How long would we be there?

Pending I-824, Administrative Review
Quick question, my spouse is LPR and he filed I-824 (App for Action on an Approved App or Petition) so I can adjust status via Consular processing.
The application was submitted since Feb 2024. Currently, it’s out of normal processing time. We’ve raised two SR but no positive outcome, we further reached out to congress woman for inquiry. A response was provided to them that “A standard element of the background check process is pending completion” that our case will be referred to an administrative review.
We’re confused at this point and need your input’s or comments if you have any similar situation or an idea.

Has anyone tried to ship internationally with USPS ?
I tried to ship a document which is advance parole that I got through NIW from US to Egypt because I had to travel urgently before receiving it in hand. in general has anyone had an issue shipping with USPS internationally or lost a document with them ?
I am so worried so please share your experience if you have one wihh them.
