Received email from USCIS recently I-130 Approved
I just received an email from USCIS that we have taken an action on your case and the date has changed to April 4th 2025 today but showing as actively being reviewed as before it was January 11th 2024 for over 15 months. Hopefully this is a sign of good news.
Just checked documents tab and case is approved!Thank you all for providing updates on your cases.

I 751 as abused spouse/vawa
hello I'm in a position where unfortunately I was abused by my US spouse. I have to submit my I 754 soon but I'm unsure of the process. I did . I did my 485 by myself and was hoping to do this one the same. my question is do I need to submit a I 754 and a i360 to do the removal of condition. also which center should it be sent to? the one for I 754 or the vawa office?
Three emails today
My PD is 10/12/2024. CR1/CR2.
CR1 was at Texas Service Center and was transferred to Potomac.
CR2 started and remains at Vermont.
I received the classic “we have taken an action on your case” email on 03/28/2025.
Today we were finally able to ask Emma about the email, and she said:
“The most recent update was on 3/28/25, a check was completed. Nothing significant, just a part of the process.”
When I asked before, some people said it meant approval was coming. I wonder, could it be?
ChatGPT gave me an estimate of possible approval by the end of May or June.
Should I believe that?
Or should I keep in mind that approval might only come in January/February?

Update 04/04:
Today I received THREE emails saying "we have taken an action on your case."
Nothing changed except for the status "case is being reviewed"
So… what should I think?!
I checked the API, and both cases had the event code FTA0 today.
