@Senthil Kumar mine was filed electronically at Texas on march 21st ..and i upgraded to prwmihm on May 12th ..not sure how long it takes

15 calender days is pretty normal for premium. RFEs usually are received in the first few days. @swapna shyamala

It takes the whole 15 days, so don't get stressed. The current approval trending is positive.

I didn't go for premium

yea my son needs ro join college this year and the college denied to accept for instate without validpetition hence i had to move to premium..as rexas is taking 7 months

@swapna shyamala It will say that, your case has been updated to premium on the USCIS status page. you should get your update by 18th

Hi my L1A a small company individual petition has been filed in premium its 9 days no update and was sent physically to Texas but was transfered to Califonia .So is it that they issue RFE or anything on last day

15 calender days, @ash ash you will get it, if you don't have enough evidence - RFE will be issued.
