i824 nvc. follow to join
hello everyone! I’m a green card holder(eb1) I had approval of i824 of follow of join of my child who is abroad. I paid nvc only $345 for ds 260 and submitted ds260. could you please help me to figure out do I need still provide civil documents ? because when I log in to CEAC, there is no button of Affidavit of support and submit documents. Or did I need send it by mail to nvc? I’m confused , who has same situation? please help..

Hi @nur Tim, you will need to mail the documents of your child to NVC. For more directions, the documents to submit are on the NVC website. Use the NVC public inquiry form to ask other details. They'll direct you on the way forward.

hello everyone! maybe someone have same as mine Nebraska SC my 824 was submitted January 2025 and now it says that my case has been transferred to NBC 😳 and I don’t know why is it good or not, do I have wait the whole timeline again 🫣 guys please help me 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
