Been waiting since October 2021 Last action on my case was January 2023 submitted a writ mandamus on December 19, 2024 Today, and after all this time, my case is being actively reviewed… Again what’s next? how long should I wait?

Wait time after RFE response in non-premium processing

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask those waiting for a decision after submitting their RFE response in non-premium processing: How long has it taken you recently to get a decision after submitting your response, or how long have you been waiting so far? My case was reopened 68 days ago after an incorrect denial, and I’ve been waiting since then for TSC to review my RFE response, which was submitted on September 4th. I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences—thank you!

PD from September 2024 - February 2025 (advanced only 7 days after 6 months or half a year) Does any AOS get approved recently. I am wondering if they use all the GC for Consular Processing only?
