good luck just pray and believe in god! we also have our interview next month

we had our interview in irving, tx yesterday 4.25.25. got approved on the spot. they asked our names, asked my husband his address, does he work, the name of his employer and his position, asked how did we meet, when did we meet, when did I visit him in south africa, what made us decide we wantes to get married. then asked us the yes/no questions on the bottom of the 485. the officer didn’t ask for our evidence at all. at the end he asked did we have any questions, concerns? and I asked him did he want to see our evidence. he said sure! I gave him financial information like my husband employment letter, his very first check stub working with his EAD, showed joint accounts (lease, bank, car insurance, phone, health insurance), and recent pictures from Christmas and with family. after he looked at everything he said I HAVE SOME GREAT NEWS! You are approved! he told us our status should update the same day- but it didn’t. our status showed approved this morning 🎊❣️4.26.25 the officers were nice, the environment was welcoming. from security officers to the front desk… just everyone was nice!! our interview took about 35 minutes. our interview was at 8:30am- we arrived at 8:15. i would suggest fo as early as possible because there will be a line and you will be called in the order you arrived. we waited about an hour and a half. overall great experience- easy- be yourself.
