hi same here@k T India, 2016. filed on Dec 9 , transferred to non local FO , 765 approved right after moving to FO but waiting for i485. how about you?

@Rocking Gogreen i765 approved day after biometric. i485 moved from NBC to charlotte amalie field office , stayed there for 3 weeks and then moved to Seattle field office. Both are non local.

@k T could you pls confirm the exact date when it eas transfered to Charlotte Amalie FO? Mine is EB3 Dec 2012. Was transfered on 4/8 to charlotte Amalie FO. No updates since then. I am getting conflicting info. When i chat with Emma she says now mine is at NBC. When i call customer care they say its at Charlotte Amalie. So confused on status

@k T how long to approve your i140 ?

@Ninja Warrior 04/08 moved to charlotte and then 04/24, moved to Seattle field office. I believe charlotte is just like a temporary parking before assigning a proper field office. It is at Charlotte for you. Some agents sometimes can’t see complete details.

@k T i confirmed that our cases moved to Seattle FO on 4/28 from Charlotte Amalie. my PD is dec 2012 EB3 IND. FD oct 2024. this was confirmed today for both me and my wife. one more case Aug 2012 PD EB3 IND RD NOV 2024 also moved to seattle FO today from Charlotte Amalie

@Ninja Warrior Good sign I guess. Yesterday agent said an officer last reviewed my case on 04/28/2025. It was transferred to Seattle FO on 04/24/2025. Assuming that it is being actively reviewed by an officer!!!! Please update if you see any progress or updates.

@Ninja Warrior I feel case is just queued for review. Once it is picked up for review, it should take only couple of days to adjudicate. But we do not know how long it would take for our case to be picked. let me know if you see any movement.

My case is in Seattle as well. It was last reviewed on end of May. Did anyone hear when was the case last reviewed in the FO?

@K SP It is most likely the date case was assigned to Seattle field office. Though they say it as review, I would consider it as transfer date. If it was really a review date, by now you should have heard from USCIS.

I am in same boat. case transferred to Seattle on April 24th. last updated may 28 when checked with Emma.

i checked with them. and they are saying it was last reviewed on 6/11 by seattle field office. dont know how far it is true

@Ninja Warrior Even I do not understand what is the definition of review date. Initially they said my case was transferred on 4/24 to Seattle field office and last reviewed on 4/28. But nothing has changed since then. My assumption is if it is being reviewed then a decision should be out at the max in 2weeks . i485 review is pretty straightforward.

Folks. finally GC approved for me today. EB2 PD 12/19/2012 RD - Oct 7th 2024 case approved at seattle FO. Be patient. thet are processing these in batches

@k T Happy to inform that my GC for me and dependent approved. Category - EB3 India PD [Priority Date]- Dec 19th 2012 RD [Application Received Date] - Oct 7th 2024 Industry - Software Sequence of Timelines [Primary] 2024-10-07 Case Was Received 2024-11-01 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken 2024-11-02 EAD approved [No AP filed] 2025-04-08 Case Transferred to Carlotte Amalie FO 2025-04-28 Case transferred to Seattle FO 2025-06-14 New Card Being Produced. [Case approved at Seattle FO] Missed 2020 timelines due to job change. Had one perm denial in 2022 due to job ad date error in perm application. Company had to refile again and by that time dates retrogressed. Opened SR / WKD tickets and Senator Contacts but all were closed citing normal processing time. All the best to everyone! @Ninja Warrior Thanks for the detailed status update. Did your spouse status got approved on the same day only?

@k T yes. spouse approved few minutes later. When i thanked my senator for helping with GC, I was told by the senator caseworker that USCIS is experiencing personnel cutbacks. So if your case was at a field office expect random delays. She asked me to be in touch with her until i receive my GCs in hand as she suspects further delays. this is especially true with Seattle FO as its one of the largest manpower for an FO

@Ninja Warrior Why did you have to involve senator? Your processing time was still within the normal processing time isn’t it?

@Ninja Warrior Mine has been current at the time of filing i485 (Nov 2024) and it is current even today. Do you think taking help from senator would work here? In your case do you think that is what helped to expedite it? Did you have to give any strong reason to the senator to expedite it?

@k T senator may definitely help push your profile provided USCIS also responds positively. some congressmen in my area are ani immigrants or not helpful. it depends on your jurisdiction how helpful they are. i honesty dont know what helped. i did whatever i could since the time date was current. taking help from your senator is always a good option and is not detrimental to your case since you have been current for long now. I also am seeing news EB1 cases are getting lot of scrutiny and more review by USCIS and hence cases delayed.

Took about a week for me to receive in hand. your USPS informed delivery should show once it's sent.
