yes I’m in the same situation just like you. when was your Vawa approved in December? I also called USCIS and they said that my case was still at Vermont and that I should be patient to receive their decision. but luckily i got a notification that my file got moved to NBC a week ago. so I am thinking that we have to be patient with them due to the layoffs that happened they are low on staffs and stretched out at this point.

my vawa got approved march 2024 , and I called the uscis tow times and I still with no updates. 13 months waiting and nothing

my 485 is at NBC but it’s been siting for a while now 🫠

my Vawa got approved October 2024 still there is no update on I-485 and I spoke to uscis they said my case still in Vermont field

@Obote . not all December and January have their green card yet. some of us are still waiting but again it’s all about patience and prayers. we will all get it sooner than we think. also yes I have seen so many cases of approval from early last year and still nothing up till now. don’t really know what’s happening but again trust the process and everything will work out well for all of us.

@Obote . I wouldn't be complaining if I were you. Be glad that your vawa got approved in less than 15 months, I am sure you had a strong reason to expedite but again everyone is a victim here, so have some patience.

I’m just tired of this b…sh …

@Chucks chachacha I received an email from USCIS this is what they said : The status of this service request is: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) cannot answer your inquiry over the phone or through an online service request. You must submit your inquiry in written form and with the original signature of the inquirer. If there is an attorney of record or representative, you must submit a properly completed Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative (Form G-28). NOTE: Third party inquirers will not be recognized. Thank you for your understanding. that is mean i don’t have to call the USCIS. I will wait 60 days if I didn’t get any response I will contact the senator again. what about the did you get any update?
