That is painful long wait. I prayed to god at his house and while being there, I could not believe my wife’s case got approved while my attorney was giving me bad news it will take 17 months. It took 450+ days which is 15 months which is still very long wait for approval. Now it is taking less than 450 days now as they are now approving February 2024 cases as people posted here. Yours still not approved since October 2023 means you have to escalate it to the congressman or get an attorney to file a lawsuit.
