Case approved 1 week after RFE sent
Today is one of the best days I’ve had in a long time alhamdoulilah my case has been approved 1 week after they sent me an RFE I sent the document they needed on Friday morning and got approved this morning so it only really took 1 business day after they received my original marriage certificate to approve us

@tantie k Congratulations to you. I don’t know why it is taking them too long to acknowledge the medical RFE I sent since April 3rd. Some officers are just too lazy. I even called their contact center and I was told I should wait for 30days because it some times take days before the acknowledgement shows on the case tracker. I can’t wait to get done with this heart wrenching process.Good luck to everyone
