@yogesh garg they couldn't control that according to uscis 3 months is the normal time I couldn't do anything thill July 14

@Leo p can you please ask ur attorney that will the SIJS child who get deffered action and filed i765 c14 based on deffered action approval SIJS will get the EAD or not after the policy change on june 6 25???

@yogesh garg it's hard to say man. a lot of ppl don't have deferred action anymore. so u have to apply for it yourself they don't grand u
