That action taken email is most likely for your EAD

most likely they just opened the case. sometimes email saying action taken comes without any updates in the system. i got it too. no updates. it was 2 weeks ago.

congratulations on EAD @Rocking Gogreen. most likely action email is for EAD due to the close timing of the approval and action emails. my status has been in FTA0 for the past 8 weeks after it was moved to non local field office.

thank you all! @Johnson Control it was last night both of us got emails and it does say event updated yesterday evening timestamp on mine and spouses 485 (checked via api) but nothing on site yet.

@D King @k b no the event was updated in 485 , also my spouse got her ead back in Jan and case closed. last night she got email at exactly same time

Hi @Rocking Gogreen did you notice any API updates before the approval? my case is also similar, went to non local Honolulu FO on Apr16 but no update since then

yes got one update email and api also said an update , then approval came next day
