our case being moved from CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER to TEXAS SERVICE CENTER
i just spoke to Emma and they said our case is now being processed at TEXAS SERVICE CENTER how accurate Emma is? what worries me the most is that our case was in CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER and we didn’t get any updates about our case being moved to another service center is that possible? does that mean we are about to be approved
I’ll appreciate your help y’all, please if you’ve been in this situation please just leave a comment I would appreciate that thank you so much for your help

my 10 years green card was finally delivered yesterday.
from asylum case to mariage case without wasting any penny on any lawyer. No interview ,no RFE. just to tell you if you’re struggling, take your time and file yourself: just be very methodical and meticulous and you’ll do better. alway keep a copy of your whole file. never let everything in your lawyer’s hands if you have one. push him to do what you want: they are busy , greedy and will never think about your case until they receive a letter from uscis, it just business between you. nobody will worry more about you than yourself. take care of yourself. Hi everyone
I've filled I-140 outside of US, and now it is "actively reviewed".
Also, I have an valid US tourist visa. Is it prohibited/not recommended to visit USA by tourism intentions while you are applied for I-140?
I'm just planing my trips for 2025 and wanted to have some cruise where couple US cities on the route. And of course i will have all my return tickets on hand.

700+ days and still waiting
PD is Feb 2023, i40 was approved in exactly 14 days, Fingerprints taken March 2023, Emergency travel document approved in July 2023 while original i131 pending, travelled internationally and back to the US Aug 2023, CRP Nov 2023, CRP again Sept 2024, original i131 denied Nov 2024. Now at 700+ days and still waiting. This is the most exhausting journey ever!
