Wow it’s been over two years and no approval yet wonder how long it takes for an I-212 approval. I filed I-130 PD: January 27, 2024 and still waiting approval & I filed I-212 PD: March 25, 2024 and still waiting approval as well.

@Carlos Morel i submitted my husbands 212 June 2024, please let me know if you got any updates besides “received” yet??

@Erza Dervishi No update besides received. From what I’m seeing I-212 approvals are taking anywhere from 2 to 3 years to get approved some cases a year and some change. I’m on a WhatsApp group that post I-212 approvals and the majority of approvals they post have dates of 2022 and 2023 and just got their approval recently like April and May. We just have to wait I guess.
