Question About EB3 Approval Order
Hi guys, question. Does USCIS approve EB3 green cards in strict priority date order, or can someone with a later priority date get approved before someone with an earlier one, as long as their date is current?

its random, as along as your pd is current they can approve. i have even seen 2 of my friends case approved without their pd current.

I think it will depend as to where is your process being held. If they have a lot of cases before you probably not.
