Beware☣️
Hi everyone,
For those asking what an FDL letter is: FDL stands for Final Determination Letter. Along with this letter, you will receive a Redress Number. You can use this number to apply yourself through the DHS TRIP website. There is **no need to hire a lawyer** for this process.
Similarly, if you need to schedule an appointment with CBP in New Delhi for what is sometimes called an "OK to Board letter", you can do that yourself as well. Again, you do not need to hire a lawyer.
I also want to caution everyone to be careful of scams. There is a group of people, many claiming to be from the same region in India, who say they reached the United States with the help of a lawyer whose office is supposedly in New York. Please verify these claims carefully before believing them.
Some people also claim they had their CBP interview and received their "OK to Board" letter immediately after the interview. I had my interview one month ago and have still not received a response, some experiences may vary.
Some of the people posting these stories may be genuine, but many profiles appear suspicious. Before trusting anyone or paying money, try searching for their Facebook or Instagram profiles and verify that they are real.
Please be cautious, do your own research, and don't let anyone take advantage of you during this stressful time. Below is the link to apply for The FDL and Redress Number

I-130 status changed to...
I filed an I-130 petition for my wife in January 2024. I am a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), and my case is being processed at the California Service Center.
For a long time, the online status showed “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS.” Recently, I noticed that the status appears to have changed to “USCIS is currently processing your I-130 petition.”
Is this a positive sign? Does this status change usually indicate that the case is moving forward or getting closer to a decision?
What is Notice Explaining USCIS'
Actions Was Mailed ?? never seen this status before been through rough time with 4 interviews but in last interview officer said he is sending for approval

Finally it’s green !
After a long wait, I finally got my approval! 🎉
A big thank you to this community for helping me stay calm throughout the process. The regular updates on my case, along with seeing progress and approvals from other members, were really helpful and reassuring during the long wait.

What location is the true location
Confused. 2 live agents on different dates and times confirmed case is at Seattle Field Office. When checking the location through api it says NBC. Various touches by adjudicator also different times and dates.
Just don’t understand why it would not show in api or is it just something that they don’t normally update? It says to always check with official sources. 🤷🏻♀️
checked my case in portal. still showing and it has no location change notice of any kind.
I-751 removal of conditions
I am in the process of removing my conditions, but then I got a notification that saying that action was taken on my case. I checked and it says my I-765 application for employment authorization was automatically revoked and also my I-131 Application for travel was also revoked and it did say it’s because it’s due to approval or denial of underlying formed that grants you all these benefits. Does this mean the approval is in the way? is this how it usually happens?

i765 revoked???!!!
Hi,
I was approved for i485 back in January 2024 but today I got an email from USCIS saying they have taken action on my case. when I log in it says:

I-765 Automatically Revoked
On July 21, 2026, we automatically revoked your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxx, due to the approval or denial of the underlying Form that was used to grant this benefit. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Current as of today at 6:02 p.m.
Does this happen because I got my green card in 2024? if so why did they do this now? I’m so scared they revoked it. my I-485 still says case approved and case closed
no make sense we can’t get marriage
#vawa
It’s so surreal that the VAWA process takes so many years and you can’t get married while your I-360 is still pending. You can’t move on with your life until they decide that you deserve to. How can that be considered normal? Waiting a long time for a green card is one thing, but having to wait five years—or sometimes even longer, just to be able to get married is crazy.
