@richard 😏 Noid mean they need something before making a descision is not a Denial yet hop it’s something that you can resolve to get approval

I feel like they’re just giving out those NOIDs right and left 😭 They should be more specific about the reason for the NOID, since it’s basically your last chance to get your approval. Did you get any RFEs before? And can you please let us know if your I-360 and I-485 were ever transferred between offices?

@C D nothing just expedited approved 14 days ago ! everything else was normal pF coming every time on time ! 7 already was approved normal time !

@richard 😏 i got this same notification 2 weeks ago. its likely a noid. they will give you 33 days to respond before they deny.
