Online Account Issue

Greetings everyone, I’ve been unable to see my case status in the online account. It doesn’t show anything except a link to go to the case status website. When I try to add my SRC receipt number, I got an error message stating that only IOE receipts can be added to the account. This has been happening since July. Does anyone else know what’s happening? Can we no longer use an online account?

@naw J probably they cut off all online setup regarding vawa cases/humanitarian

I just checked it now and I’m EAC and it went through
