They asked me to prove that our marriage is genuine: i take wedding and other photos,bills,affidavits from neighbors.My husband, our child, and I attended the interview together. They asked a couple of questions: why we moved from New York to Florida, and why we chose this state.

thank you.I filled Mandamus on 16 June.On 20 of August received letter from USCIS,they scheduled interview to 31st of August

congratulations My case is also an I-730 case. I had my interview last year, but I was not issued a visa because of the travel ban. We have been waiting ever since.
