Update. check your current uscis any request by phone or online if it's say case pending or like security check or something. mine now replied said security check processing. So if someone say i130 petition pending on service reply do this. Do online notice not mail request and wait for their reply and do it again and check. also call and request talkto tier 2. u need to do this act so they will act. if not in several weeks do congressman inquiry and another thing ondusman request online. this will definitely help.
