So I got an email from USCIS stating that a decision has been made on my case. it's been a week now and no changes online and no letter received. Is this another technical problem?

i was filled I-360 with I - 485 together,in November 7th 2023 , I never got RFE ,last Thursday night I have received a message from USCIS it said: they have taken an action on my case , but the status of my case never changed and no letter,
what is the next step please?
I need someone who got an approval case for sharing some experience with me
