Rejection of Renewal Form I-131 Application for travel document or advance parole
Hi, I submitted form i-765 and i-131 for renewing my EAD and advance parole, i-765 was approved without payment since my i-485 is still pending and i submitted the receipt notice but i-131 is rejected and today i get my package back and they stated i need to pay for i-131. Last time I checked online it’s still free for those with pending i-485 but why i-131 need to pay while i-765 is remind free during pending of form i-485?
my husband told me not to renew the i-131 since the current cost is $630, he said it’s not worth it and better to wait greencard to be approved. I just afraid I need it before they approve the i-485 tho but I’m agree $630 is not worthed. I hope my visa bulletin will current soon so I no need to worry this much

Hola buenas noches , lo prometido es deuda , les contaré un poco de mi experiencia viajando a mi país de origen , los motivos muy personales de viaje ya que mi hijo anhelaba conocer a los abuelos y primos después de 7 años de vivir en USA , entonces decidí lanzarme a esta aventura , cuando salí sin ningún problema pero al ingreso me pasaron a una segunda revisión rápida en donde me preguntaron porque habíamos regresado al país donde sufrimos abandono y otros motivos por la delincuencia, entonces respondí la verdad que habíamos viajado por motivos personales familiares , y solo estuvimos 10 días fuera , sentí mucho miedo el oficial que me atendió solo hizo una cara de descontento y imaginé lo peor luego solo dijo te puedes ir , pero la verdad por ahora no viajaré más . 💔
pero cada quien tiene su propio criterio de esto .
H1B grace period details/clarification
Could you please clarify if the 60-day H-1B grace period is available only once per the full 3-year H-1B validity period, or does a new grace period become available with each new H-1B petition approval within that time frame?
(eg: For example, My H1B period is(2025-2028) if I use my 60-day grace period now, and subsequently join a new employer under a new H-1B petition approval, would I be eligible for another 60-day grace period if I lose my job again in 2026?). need some clarity on this as I heard that you can use 60 day grace period only once in petition period, is this true??

I got my interview date for next month but in the paper it says to bring the report of Medical examination and vaccination records I-693. I came to the US as a K-1 visa holder. How do I know if I need to bring this to the interview?
