Ho mandato AOS il 9 settembre 2024, non ho ancora ricevuto né il EAD né la GC 😂 però mi arrivata una notifica che è il mio file è arrivato finalmente all ultimo stage. Adesso è al local office aspettando una decisione. Prova a chiamare USCIS e chiedere dov’è?

October 2. no green card, no update.

@Francesca Cortese I agree, but sometimes they just approve your Green Card. My AOS application is finally at the last stage at the Queens Field Office in NY. We got this! We all gonna get it :)

@Francesca Cortese @D H I’m in New Jersey. Came in July 2024 and applied in October 2, 2024 and didn’t apply for work permit, just green card. Waiting waiting…

@JD L I’ve moved here from Italy in 2013 😂 My last name is patience 😂 Best advice I can give is stop thinking about it, trust the process.

@D H Are you a K1 to AOS? if yes, then you definitely should’ve filed a mandamus a had your green card a long time ago. average time is 10-14 months.

@JD L My case is different, I married my LPR husband in 2019. My I130 was approved in June 2022 after our interview but I couldn’t adjust because he wasn’t a US Citizen yet and I had overstayed my Visa so I had unlawful presence. Last year in April 2024 he became a US Citizen and we submitted the AOS late August 2024, they received the package on September 9 2024. Now, after almost 10 months my AOS is at the final stage for adjudication at the local field office. It’s all going in the right direction ☺️so no need for me to file Mandamus.
