Is it true that if my name is spelled wrong on the I-360 approval notice, the same mistake might show up again on my I-485 and green card? I asked my lawyer about this, and he told me it’s fine, that we can just write the correct name when we file the I-485, even though my I-360 was already approved. But I’m worried — should I request a correction now to avoid problems later, or is it really okay to just leave it like that?”

congrats for your i360 that’s less than 3 years still long but less than the current processing time. likely possible and so try to contact uscis ahead. what was your RFe about?

I had the same issue, I juts corrected the mistake on form I-485.

@moe sh Listen to your lawyer. They are paid for this very reason. If we had known, we would have become lawyers and filed our own cases.
