Waiting for i-130 Approval
One year has passed and I still haven't received the approval for i-130. My case was submitted to the Texas Service Center. It seems that their staff has been reduced, and cases are taking longer to be approved. The time has doubled over time due to government leadership. From early March 2024 onwards, we can observe similar cases receiving approval. On May 12, 2024, my case was submitted. I hope I will hear good news soon. If you have a similar process time, please share your story.

May 10, 2025: We received NVC Welcome letter
May 10,2025: We paid NVC fees.
Today: We are waiting response about the payment.

Happy Mothers Day to all the Mothers and thank you for the many unseen and unknown sacrifices that you have made for your family and children. The many times that you've gone without to see that your family had. The unseen times you knelt in prayer for provision when you lacked. You are a nurse during times of sickness. When the food was little your chef-like skills magically make a meal out of nothing.

i485 through U visa approved , still waiting , case was transfer to Vermont center from nebraska center in aug 2024, got work permit approved on may 1 2025 , but after that no update !

I-485 moved to interview at local office
Hi,
A weird situation: yesterday my I-485 showed the message that had been moved to scheduling interview at the local office, but the I-140 didn’t change anything. Still waiting decision about our RFE answer since dec, 24.
Anyone have seen something like that?
