Am on asylum in usa interview result is pending. i applied for eb3 skilled visa but my lawyer filled me as unskilled. my perm was approved. Pd march 2023. if I switch to skilled my pd gonna be same?

unless, u have a real status besides asylum pending, you are NOT going to get a EB3 even with approved perm. sorry for bad news. unless you want to get out and do your visa over see(which immigration visas are pause)

yes i know that i have to outside usa for interview but my question is if i change from unskill to skill my pd is going to same?
