RFE received by USCIS, no update since then.
Hello everyone.
I’ve received an RFE for medical exams on April 2nd, responded two weeks later, and USCIS received it on April 28th (that’s the last update i got on case tracker) but still waiting for a decision for almost 3 months, what can i expect, and is there anything i can do (already tried online service request)

Hi everyone,
I know some people have been waiting almost a year for their I-140 decisions, but lately it seems especially quiet for Regular Processing cases. I haven’t seen or heard of recent approvals. It feels as though things are stuck or not moving at all.
Has anyone recently received an update on a Regular Processing I-140? It would be reassuring to hear about similar cases moving forward.
Any thoughts or experiences to share?

traveling with a DUI and green card.
hello everyone - has anyone traveled recently with a DUI on their record? DUI is from 2015 and I became a GC holder last year May 2024. I’ve been told I should have no issues as green card was granted therefore DUI was adjudicated at time of GC approval.
