BDV SOLUTIONS FALL OUT
I am sharing this so everyone is prepared. hate BDV or like it, it’s your personal choice, but a fall out is almost certain. There are a lot of cases that have been filed for later dates and applicants have been waiting for years to file their I-485, unfortunately, there are many sponsors that already put the process into something of the past but BDV and the sponsor hasn’t officially brought it to light. there are cases where people with same sponsor filed and got Lc approved and where able to file I-485 but many got audited and whereby able to file and waiting years to file but they are not aware that the sponsor isn’t going to continue the process and will find out when it’s time to file I-485 there are many of these cases. BDV response will be, we will file a new LC and find a new sponsor

I agree! I have heard this but wouldn’t people be able to retain the old i140 and use it for a new sponsor when it’s time to file for i485?

BDV is a scam. Despite this, they continue attracting and brainwashing new clients. This scam must stop.
