writ of Mandamus
Hello everyone good evening. This is to encourage anyone who has been thinking of doing the Writ Of Mandamus. Stop thinking and do it, you never know. our I-130 just got approved after Writ of Mandamus. Defendants were served on Dec 29 and today I received notification that action was taken, logged in and the approval notice was there in the documents tab. we didn’t use a lawyer but everything turned out just fine.

I saw someone post here and shared this link from Reddit. I followed the steps and the templates they provided. also tried a lawyer on but fiverr it wasn’t worth it because at the end of the day I still just used chagpt to edit their template and that’s what I submitted.

i wish i could say the same. i served the defendants on oct 3rd, they git back to us dec 28th asking for an extension which we denied and now we are fighting a motion to dismiss.

@beesz h PD is June 6 2023 as I mentioned. we had tried a tourist visa which got denied, tried to expedite based on humanitarian reasons denied, contacted congressman to help with the expedite and still haven’t had a response. all these attempts were mentioned in WoM.

@ Romina B congrats to you. my pd is July 2023. still waiting. i'm out of state ( consular processing). my husband resides in the us(green card holder).Reached out to the congressman nothing yet. sent a message to uscis from my account highlighting concerns, forwarded pertinent documents for expedition. they replied saying to give them a month to respond🤔 so I'm waiting for response.
