75 countries not banned its suspended can be lift anytime. yes it affect who’s petition for international. they will still review documents but they not going to issue a visa until that’s lift

the process has not been affected, when you are set to receive your green card, that's when you will be affected because the issuance of the green card has been banned for those 75 countries but not the process.
