EAD CARD NOT PRODUCED YET!!
My I-765 was approved on Dec 8, but as of Jan 17 there’s still no update or tracking number. USCIS says it’s in production and can’t be expedited. Its been 40 days my ead is approved but card is not produced yet…
Has anyone else experienced this delay? How long did it take for your card to arrive after approval? What I am supposed to do at this situation?
interview cancelled for I485 on jan 13th
hello everyone,
my interview was scheduled on feb 12th. for I130 & i485( filing date October 7th).
on jan 13th a notification came, my interview is cancelled.
im worried what it means and how I should proceed from here. did you anyone faced this situation before?
