EAD CARD NOT PRODUCED YET!!
My I-765 was approved on Dec 8, but as of Jan 17 there’s still no update or tracking number. USCIS says it’s in production and can’t be expedited. Its been 40 days my ead is approved but card is not produced yet…
Has anyone else experienced this delay? How long did it take for your card to arrive after approval? What I am supposed to do at this situation?

my I 485 was approved on 12/22 status updated to case was approved , never seen status like card produced or mailed, confirmed with customer care , they mentioned that officer didn’t request for card production … asking me to wait for 30 days

this was my time line ,
Dec 24, 2025 -Your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, has been approved
Jan 7, 2025 - Card was produced
Jan 12 ,2026 - Card Delivered
VAWA APPLICANTJan 20, 2026
mine said produced on Jan 10th
approved on Jan 12th
and silent since then, have not yet received the card still waiting
