critical question - GC
Hello All!
I currently have a B1/B2 visa (tourism visa). i am waiting for an interview for a CR1 visa. Now, once obtained and i go there on the CR1 visa, from the moment i enter the states, i suppose my GC should be processed. Thus, i cannot remain for long there, as i have to be back to work. Can i exit the country and re-enter on my B1/B2?

my PD is July 2021. last year my interview was scheduled for May 2022, but I received a letter that ilmy interview has been descheduled.
later month I called USCIS they told me that my interview has been WAIVED off. Since then I haven't got any update.
it's super frustrating, I sent so many inquiries, contacted senator. they all say case in is normal processing time. case processing time keeps on changing. what if I get close to out of my normal processing and actual processing times goes up.
Anyone else there in the same situation.

His time is always the best time… I am frustrated when I wait for all this procedure to end but yesterday morning I remember His Word… His time is the best time… I get I-130 2nd active review yesterday morning and 1 of the member said check tab doc.. and I found my approval notice and this morning I found my I-485 approval notice too.. thank You my Almighty Jesus.. Amen…

2nd Actively Review - Marriage Based AOS
Hi everyone, I’d like to share with you all that I got a second actively review yesterday evening on both my i130 and i485. My i485 was actively reviewed since 1/18/22 when I did biometrics, and the i130 was just case received 12/20/2021 until yesterday, now it says actively reviewed.
Do you know if I should expect approval soon? Based on your experience, have you all been approved soon after the 2nd actively review? I checked under documents tab but no approval letters yet.
My PD is 12/20/2021, service center is NBC and field office San Antonio TX.

Guyana DSC office
Hello,
Guyana is now saying that visa documents will be processed through DSC. I'm not seeing any info explaining exactly what part of the process except that's where you would go to pick-up issued visas. Does anyone have an clarity or insight?
