@slim RK what’s new.. they been like this all the time .. there is always an excuse for the delay.. it’s been a month since I put in an expedite request.. 14 days since I received that no needed notice.. nothing new .. tried to call no chance to get live agent .. Emma agents useless they don’t know what you are asking about all they know your case is pending within the normal processing times .. this silence is a serious killer.. I’m tired and disappointed ☹️ hopefully it’s not more than couple weeks or months for you then your journey will come to the best possible end
