@Fer Cal It will depend how long USCIS will take before sending your I 485 to NBC and when your PD will become current. For this month and the next one only applications from individuals from ROW with PD on or before 02/15/2022 can be adjudicated.

Thanks @Selith H. I filled and sent the I-485 along with the I-140, I-765 and the I-131 form. it was last year, May 2022.

This is a difficult question which no one knows answer. Maybe 3 months or 1-2 years

@Fer Cal You're welcome. Unfortunately your PD is not current so you will need to wait until it does become current which from the look of things might not be this fiscal year.

You can monitor whether your case processed in NBC or they transferred it to FO. if it’s gets transferred to another office they you expect mo less than 6-7 months.

@Selith H I’m current, just checked visa bulletin and it said on or before December 1st 2022

@Fer Cal The December 1, 2022 date is for sending in your application if your PD is earlier than that but the approval and issuance of the visa is based on the final action date which is February 15, 2022. You can check the visa bulletin again for the final action dates.

my I-140 was approved Sept 20, 2022. my I-485 was transferred to the Chicago FO. 9 months later I’m still waiting… filed in June 2021. I’ve heard your should expect 8-14 months but some take way less and some take way more
