Non Immigrant status post traveling on Advance Parole
Can my spouse extend/change non immigration status (file form i539) after reentering into US on Advance Parole?
Once the i539 is approved, will it override the Parolee status?

My understanding is that your nonimmigrant status is gone once you reenter with AP. You will be in parolee status waiting for a decision on AOS and won't be able to change to any nonimmigrant status. To keep the
nonimmigrant status you will need to get a nonimmigrant visa stamp to reenter. I may be wrong and so pls consult an attorney for proper advice.
