Quick question. RFE and medical requested by USCIS
I did my medical and submitted it and my response to RFE at the same time. I got a notice of receipt of the RFE very soon after. I'm just now wondering if there should have been a notice to say medical was received also 🤔.
The reason I'm curious is because I saw somebody else's post here that stated medical received. The difference is their's did not have RFE.
Is there anyone here with a similar situation that could advise me please?

I-130 Your case is taking longer than expected to process
Hi all,
Regarding I-130 petition, it has been submitted in September 14th, 2022 and since that time, it is in actively reviewing status , and in january 2023, the processing time has set to 6 months ahead, however since June 3rd, 2023 the processing time has changed to "Your case is taking longer than expected to process"
Any idea about that please ?

I have not received the documentarily qualified email yet
My wife and I are processing an eb3 work visa, we already paid all the fees, we completed the ds260 and we sent the physical civil documents to the NVC as indicated in the welcome letter, the documents were delivered by USPS on May 26 and The NVC page indicates that they are reviewing the cases that were received on May 27. In theory, they should have already reviewed my case. The question is, is it normal that I have not yet received the documentarily qualified email?
PRIORITY DATE
hello guys, how does the priority date affect the processing of ones case?
for example, my priority date is April 2019. I understand it is the date you first filed the papers, but what does it do to processing time? Does it mean my case has to be processed during the month of April only?
