me and my husband are also waiting for a long time, since december 2020 we sent the I-130 petition, and no answers until today, 953 days waiting we are far from each other apart ,this is a very stupid rule, im lawyer said it seems that they lost our petition, we sent physical documents.

my husband did his biometric appointment last nov.17 2022.we sent an inquiry 4 times but the answer is always the same "delay coz of security background check😞😞😞
