@bj bj - How long have you been unlocked? I’m in the same situation! no idea how to get it unlocked, submitted a ticket to the customer care but no response yet

@Sweety Patel Check your doxuments tab on your online USCIS account. That's where you should see it first.

@bj bj Once the USCIS account reflects the approval, Lawfully (probably any other tracking app) should pick it up within a few days of approval.

@bj bj I was able to get it unlocked yesterday. reach out to the customer support and say something that will get you to the customer service person. They logged my ticket in even though I had submitted one online. 8th day for the account unlocked.

@bj bj Yeah tier 1 worked for me as they logged in a request to unlock my account. Hope that helps. If not, from what I’ve read all communications are sent via mail so don’t worry.
