I don't know what's going on with USCIS, 2.5 waiting to be able to get together with her husband, that's a pretty stupid rule.

@Desirée Carroll did you ever contact the congressman? what was their reason for the delay? is your husband from a Middle Eastern decent or any criminal records or anything?

@aprill 22 , my husband is a US citizen, I am the beneficiary, he had a felony in 1994 and served 6 months in prison, thats been almost 30 years now.
