anyone knows someone who can assist me file for asylum? for some reason USCIS keeps returning it with a vague reason. they claim the i589 is not complete but we can’t figure out where exactly the problem is

I’m sorry to hear that. But, check to see if you filed an outdated application. They recently issued a new version of i589.
If that is not the problem, then you must have forgotten to answer some questions or didn’t sign the form on page 9.
