approval a 2nd time.
hey guys.
so i have made a few post about getting approval on June 2nd and still haven’t received my call. I called uscis being that I had plans to travel based on having my AP, then I got approved for my GC so that means my AP is no longer valid. I spoke with an agent who then request for a tier 2 officer to give me a call.
The tier 2 officer explained that an error occurred when my card was being process and they submit a inquiry to my CO at my local Fao as to why my card wasn’t produced.
Fast forward to this morning I received an email stating we’ve taken action on your case I checked there was nothing , Few minutes later I received a email from my FO stating the same thing and that I shouldn’t call this number to make an appointment to get a stamp if I need to travel asap.
I just got a update on Lawfully stating they’ve taken action on my case when I check I see approval dated today but remember I was approved on June 2nd 😂😂😂😂I check my online account and I see a notice and that they will be sending out the notice. so am assuming they did that so my card will be produce 🤷🏼♀️. Abit weird but hoping for the best.
Edit: I just called uscis and was told because my card fail to produce they have to issues a new Approval notice to start the process of issuing another card and he see where as of they a new card is being produced so fingers cross that all goes well.

Hi , how long it will take to approve i130 , filed in April 2020. Got first active review about 50days ago but still there’s no response.
My immigration court judge dismissed my asylum behalf of attorney request.

How to set up USCIS petitioner online account
Hi everyone,
I’ve seen a few people on here mention the petitioner’s online account, how sometimes notifications are posted there first - before the beneficiary’s account. My husband (USC) is sponsoring me for LPR. I received a letter from USCIS with credentials for an online account in my name only. How do we set up an account for him?
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Guys I’m tired. Until when should I still be waiting??? I sent my Rfe (birth certificates) they received them on feb 1st 2023 and heard nothing after that. Called USCIS many times. Nothing new

I noticed my i765 on the my uscis account does not have a section for notices. but all the other forms do (130, 131, 485). is there something wrong here?
