How to set up USCIS petitioner online account

Hi everyone, I’ve seen a few people on here mention the petitioner’s online account, how sometimes notifications are posted there first - before the beneficiary’s account. My husband (USC) is sponsoring me for LPR. I received a letter from USCIS with credentials for an online account in my name only. How do we set up an account for him? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

only your husband can make petitioner account.

The petitioner receives separate notice to set up their own account.

So for those who are still wondering, we managed to set up an online account for my husband, just by following the prompts on the website. But to add a case, you need the online access. You have to fill in a form online to request an access code, not sure if it will be emailed or mailed? Timeline wasn’t clear either. We wait and see I guess.
