I'll clarify for everyone here. my I-140 was denied because they claimed my sponsor could not support me financially. however, more than 29 people managed to be approved for the same sponsor. my lawyers sent a motion request and a new I-140, and both reinforced the evidence and also spoke of the more than 29 others approved for the same sponsor. so yesterday at 7 months it was sent, they approved my I-140. it didn't even take a year. arrived there on December 7, 2022 and was approved yesterday on June 7. (7 months)

there is another however, since it was mega last year, we did everything to send it before the retrogression caught up with me. they kept denying my combo card from last june until november making various allegations. and after sending it many times, they accepted it on December 7, 2022. so the I-140 process lasted 7 months.
