- 7/21/2022 submitted 485 using cross-chargeability rule (package including my husband and my 485, 765, 131)
- 9/3/2022 fingerprint
- 10/14 RFE for medical exam
- 10/28 Replied to RFE
- 12/1/2022 Case remains pending (not sure why…)
- 2/2/2023 Submitted my i765 & i131 again because USCIS did not receive them
- 2/27/2023 interview is ready to be scheduled
- 4/8/2023 interviewed was scheduled (asked Emma that day and knew it will be 5/10/2023)
- 5/10/2023 interviewed at San Francisco office
- 5/18/2023 case is approved
- 5/27/2023 received the card after 10 months🎉

been 10 months
since I applied it’s been 10 months and no signs of hope from uscis. don’t know if I can keep the faith or not.
did my biometrics and they never got applied to my cases except for I 485.
wondering if there is something wrong with my cas and my attorney never replied abt the same question.
I think it’s time.
my cases say they have been transferred to the new office for quicker processing but what hurts me the most is they never applied my fingerprints to my cases.
all this things bother me all night, spent many sleepless nights , being out of job makes me more nervous each day passing.
I hope god hears my cry and bless me with an approval really soon.

I-130 Approval
I still can’t believe I received the approval today for my husband’s I-130 petition. I received the second “actively reviewing” status today and approval at the same time. I checked my account 6 times today because I called into the USCIS call center yesterday and was told my case was being worked on the day before. I hope everyone else gets approved in a timely manner. for me it’s been 11 months since PD. Now I have to wait for the interview appointment in Dominican Republic which I’ve heard all embassies/consulates are taking 6-7 months for the appointments. 🫤

expedite request
hello! I see as a healthcare provider I can place an expedited request for my initial EAD after 90 days of being pending. Does the pending status count from the case received date or the date they send me the receipt? there is 60 days gap between them. I am not sure from what time I am considered pending! #vawa #pendingvawa #expeditevawaead
